Light

An age is called Dark not because the light fails to shine, but because people refuse to see it.

Go out of the house to see the moon, and't is mere tinsel; it will not please as when its light shines upon your necessary journey.

Let the light that is within me illuminate humanity.

The Christ within you is King....every particle, every cell of your body, is subject to the divine power and glory.  Realise the divine magical presence within you.  The Light overcomes all darkness.

We cannot hold a torch to light another's path without brightening our own. 

Light gives of itself freely, filling all available space.  It does not seek anything in return; it asks not whether you are friend or foe.  It gives of itself and is not thereby diminished. 

Your assumptions are your windows on the world.  Scrub them off every once in awhile, or the light won't come in. 

Shadow and Light Source Both

How does a part of the world leave the world?
How does wetness leave water?

Dont' try to put out fire by throwing on
more fire! Don't wash a wound with blood.

No matter how fast you run, your shadow
keeps up. Sometimes it's in front!

Only full overhead sun diminishes your shadow.
But that shadow has been serving you.

What hurts you, blesses you. Darkness is
your candle. Your boundaries are your quest.

I could explain this, but it will break the
glass cover on your heart, and there's no
fixing that.

You must have shadow and light source both.
Listen, and lay your head under the tree of awe.

When from that tree feathers and wings sprout on you,
