A Quote by Rebbie Straubing
Most gardeners probably don't harvest their weeds, but I do. Filled with vitamins and minerals, and more delicious than any greens I can plant and grow, the wild vegetables are the stars of the meal. They are wild, survive with no fertilizer and flourish with no cultivation. Nobody planted them. In their wildness lies their strength. If properly recognized, gathered, if respected and collected, they gives us the most powerful nutrition and most potent healing power of all that the earth has to offer. We have a couple of similar weeds growing in our inner garden. They grow under almost any conditions and we tend to see them as problems in the spiritual garden. Desire and ego are our two major weeds. Once we cook and tincture them, they will nurture and heal us.
