This December, Spiritual Cinema Circle celebrates films that remind us of our shared humanity.

The feature film for December is The Letter Writer, written and directed by Christian Vuissa. It is a story about connection across generations as a teenage girl learns a valuable lesson from her mentor, a man at the end of a long life.

The December DVD also includes three short films:

Everything is Incredible is a documentary about a man who is physically disabled from polio, yet has spent 50 years building a surprisingly advanced helicopter out of rebar, bicycle parts and wood. His dream to take flight infuses this emotional film with spirit and determination.

Downpour is a gentle film about a woman revisiting the rainy days that have led to one of the sweetest events of her life.

In All The Way Up, we meet a man whose course is sidetracked by an unexpected encounter in an elevator. Directed by award-winning British actor Sir David Jason, All the Way Up won numerous festival prizes, including “Best Short” at the Monaco International Film Festival.

Spiritual Cinema Circle is a monthly DVD club that celebrates inspiring and thought-provoking films.
