January is traditionally a time when we focus on all kinds of self-improvement. We make resolutions to lose weight, get healthier and get more organized. This is also a wonderful time to set an intention to create a healthier home environment — after all, our homes are a reflection of ourselves.
Just like dieting, releasing some of our old useless baggage allows us to become lighter — in body, mind and home! Excess items and habits in our lives weigh us down and make our energy stale. By getting rid of excess, we open up space in homes, our hearts and our minds.
