This detoxifying beet juice recipe contains some of the fall season’s superstars: celery, apples and of course, beets.
- 1 apple, cored and sliced
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 handful spinach (optional)
- 1 beet, with leaves
*For added sweetness, you can include more lemon and apple.
Put the apple, lemon, celery and spinach in your juicer. Cut the beet into small pieces, then add it to the juicer as well. Because beets are thick, it’s best to juice them last so that you don’t have to clean the pulp out of the juicer until you’re finished. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
