A Quote by Konstantin Serebrov on hermes trismegistus, spiritual alchemy, self growth, and transformation

Hermes Trismegistus stated that the transformation of the disciple's soul goes in the proper way only under the constant heightened temperature kept in the retort which is sealed by the seal of Hermes. By fire under the retort, we mean an extreme situation which is regularly created for every disciple by the heightened atmosphere of the School, and which induces the inner tensions of the disciples, or inner temperature, as alchemists say. The extreme conditions are indispensable for the full transformation. ... The extreme situations, which cause inner temperature might have to do with heavy physical work as well as with complicated psychological situations. Then all the numerous 'selves' of the disciple clash with each other because of their contradictory wishes.

A Quote by Sri Chinmoy on meditation, transformation, acceptance, perfection, and divinity

When we meditate soulfully, devotedly, we have to accept humanity as our very own. We have to know that humanity as it stands is far, far, from perfection, but we are also members of humanity. We have to take it with us. If we are in a position to inspire others, if we are one step ahead, naturally we have the opportunity to serve the divinity in the ones who are following us. We have to transform the face of the world on the strength of our dedication to the divinity in humanity.

Meditation is not an escape. Meditation is the acceptance of life in its totality, with a view to transforming it for the highest manifestation of the divine Truth here on earth

A Quote by Sri Chinmoy on acceptance, transformation, and instrument

True spirituality is the acceptance of earth-life. A true seeker is he who accepts life, transforms life and perfects life so that the earth-life can become a conscious instrument of God.

A Quote by Rainer Maria Rilke on struggle, break-through, transformation, and grief master

It is possible I am pushing
through solid rock,
like the vein of ore
encased, alone.

I am such a long way in
I can see no way through and no space.
Everything is close to my face
and everything close to my face is stone.

I don't have much knowledge yet in grief,
so this darkness makes me feel small.
You, be the Master;
Make yourself fierce; break in.
And then your great transforming will happen to me
And my great grief cry will happen to you.

As one of us transforms we activate transformational energies in others, which enables them to more readily reconnect with the wisdom of their innate creative source.
