In all our contacts it is probably the sense of being really needed and wanted which gives us the greatest satisfaction and creates the most lasting bond.
I strongly believe that our happiness/satisfaction is the result of our work minus our expectation. So, either I will reduce my expectation or increase my work to keep me always happy.
