A Quote by Albert Einstein on epiphany, revelation, change, and wisdom

The world is not full of evil because of those who do wrong.  It is full of evil because of those who do nothing.

A Quote by Osho Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh on masterpiece, revelation, god, creation, and birth

You are carrying a masterpiece hidden within you, but you are standing in the way. Just move aside, then the masterpiece will be revealed. Everyone is a masterpiece, because God never gives birth to anything less than that. Everyone carries that masterpiece hidden for many lives, not knowing who they are and just trying on the surface to become someone.

Drop the idea of becoming someone, because you are already a masterpiece. You cannot be improved. You have only to come to it, to know it, to realize it. God himself has created you; you cannot be improved.

Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh

A Quote by Kaya McLaren on secrets, true self, communion, friendship, miracles, revelation, acceptance, listening, kaya mclaren, and church of the dog

Maybe people share their secret selves with me because they sense it won't make me feel uncomfortable.  Quite the contrary.  I always feel like I've experienced a miracle when it happens.  I guess, because to me, to reveal one's true self, one's spirit self, is to reveal God.

A Quote by Bernadette Roberts on christ, self, no self, vessel, eternal, eternal form, knowing god, manifestation, god, act, revelation, and christ s message

Christ is not the self, but that which remains when there is no self. He is the form (the vessel) that is identical with the substance, and he is not multiple forms, but one eternal form. Christ is the act, the manifestation and extension of God that is not separate from God. We cannot comprehend "that" which acts or "that" which smiles, but we all know the act - the smile that is Christ himself. Thus Christ turns out to be all that is knowable about God, because without his acts, God could not be known. Act itself is God's revelation and this revelation is not separate from God but is God himself. This I believe is what Christ would have us see; this is his completed message to man. But who can understand it?

A Quote by Bernadette Roberts on journey, nothing, acclimating, seeing, transition, revelation, no self, tried by fire, love, bliss, come to rest, trust, beyond, beyond self, union, and julie sarah powell

This journey then, is nothing more, yet nothing less than a period of acclimating to a new way of seeing, a time of transition and revelation as it gradually comes upon "that" which remains when there is no self. this is not a journey for those who expect love and bliss, rather, it is for the hardy who have been tried by fire and have come to rest in a tough, immovable trust in "that" which lies beyond the known, beyond the self, beyond union and even beyond love and trust itself

A Quote by Jesus on revelation and gnosis

Know what is in front of your face, and what is hidden from you will be disclosed to you.

For there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed. And there is nothing buried that will not be raised.

A Quote by Robert Anson Heinlein on facts, wishful thinking, wishes, revelation, opinion, history, information, and truth

What are the facts? Again and again and again—what are the facts? Shun wishful thinking, ignore divine revelation, forget what "the stars foretell," avoid opinion, care not what the neighbors think, never mind the unguessable "verdict of history"; what are the facts, and to how many decimal places? You pilot always into an unknown future; facts are your single clue. Get the facts!

A Quote by Ludwig van Beethoven on music and revelation

I despise a world that doesn't feel that music is a higher revelation than all wisdom and philosophy.
