A Quote by Mitch Albom on emotion, fear, grief, loving, vulnerable, experience, detach, pain, and hold back

If you hold back on the emotions - if you don't allow yourself to go all the way through them you can never get to being detached, you're too busy being afraid. You're afraid of the pain, you're afraid of the grief. You're afraid of the vulnerability that loving entails. But by throwing yourself into these emotions, by allowing yourself to dive in, all the way, over your head even ,you experience them fully and completely You know what pain is. You know what love is. You know what grief is. And only then can you say, "Alright I have experienced that emotion. I recognize that emotion. Now I need to detach from that emotion for a moment.

A Quote by julie sarah powell on smoke and mirrors, loving, suffering, stop the fight, eternal, now moment, moment, now, self realisation, and no self

You are, you always have been and you will always be in this same place whether you are aware of it or not.

This place is this eternal now moment. Not as an idea of now, but simply right now.

You find when you stop fighting life that naturally relaxation, openness, loved and loving is all there is. Naturally.

You need to stop the fight. Stop creating that smoke. Only then can life flow without the confusion, frustration and suffering that it appears to be so full of.

A Quote by Zora Neale Hurston, Phd on living and loving

I have known the joy and pain of deep friendship. I have served and been served. I have made some good enemies for which I am not a bit sorry. I have loved unselfishly, and I have fondled hatred with the red-hot tongs of Hell. That's living.

A Quote by Camille A. Faulkner on loving, caring, and helping

I believe our greatest shame is the neglect of our country's children.  The child you don't help today, may grow into the monster that rapes your daughter, sister, mother or shoots a family member for drug money.

A Quote by Walter Russell on god, divinity, consciousness, love, health, healing, sickness, ill, toxic, poison, balance, body, harm, loving, universe, perfection, creation, inspiration, electricity, and iam

All of man’s ills are due to his lack of knowing God within him. The perfection of God’s universe is founded upon its perfection of Balance.
All of man’s ills are caused by toxic poisons generated in his body through unbalance affecting his power of control over the functions of his electric body.
Man, as an extension of God, is creator of his own electric body. He is master of his electric body to the extent of his knowing the Light of God in him.
... God says to man: »What I do, ye shall do«, but man is unbelieving for long ages.

A Quote by 1Vector3 on love, loving, and self

"I am the Lover. I am the Beloved. I am the Loving. I am the Love."

Maybe Rumi said something like this. I don't recall. The more I contemplate this quote, the more profound it becomes as an experience. I have been using and contemplating it for several years. It conveys to me that Love is inherent in the nature of Reality, and for me there is no excuse for feeling lonely or unloved.
