Money is not the only answer, but it makes a difference.

Do what you love, but be damned sure it’s profitable.  If you do work you love, but it doesn’t generate income, your business will fail.  If you do work you hate, but it generates income, your health will fail… and your business along with it.  If you can’t do what you love and make it profitable, you’ve either got a hobby or a headache, not a sustainable business.  Don’t settle for anything less than passion and profit.

Invest three percent of your income in yourself (self-development) in order to guarantee your future.

You cannot lift the wage earner by pulling down the wage payer. 5. You cannot help the poor man by destroying the rich. 6. You cannot keep out of trouble by spending more than your income. 7. You cannot further the brotherhood of man by inciting class hatred. 8. You cannot establish security on borrowed money. 9. You cannot build character and courage by taking away men's initiative and independence. 10. You cannot help men permanently by doing for them what they could and should do for themselves.
