the price for finding happiness is directly and inversely related to the cost of being sad.

It is blessedness for yourself and others if you are happy.

Your life can be compared to a light bulb, it is bright in times joy and prosperity but even when the bulb seems to flicker in times of turbulance and sadness there is always hope the power will restore itself and with it you and the bulb become bright again.

You can't take sides against anything. If you would just be one who is for things, you would live happily ever after. If you could just leave the "against" part out. 

Being happy is the cornerstone of all that you are! Nothing is more important than that you feel good! And you have absolute and utter control about that because you can choose the thought that makes you worry or the thought that makes you happy; the things that thrill you, or the things that worry you. You have the choice in every moment.

Even in my saddness I can be happy to be; I can be happy to be sad; I can be happy to be.

Meditating at any moment of the day can make you happy,
It also largely increases the chance of getting hit by an automotive vehicle.

Since periods of great change, such as the present one, come so rarely in human history, it is up to each of us to make the best use of our time to help create a happier world.
