gratitude

A Quote by Eileen Caddy on individual, place, seek, fit in, responsibility, souls, inspire, rightful place, plan, front line, accept, specific work, leadership, loyalthy, gratitude, and praise

There is a place for each individual in the world, but you must seek and find where your place is and where you fit in. If you are afraid to take the responsibility of bringing in the new, do not try to stop those souls who are willing to do it. Realise that those souls who have been trained and inspired to undertake this task will do so, for it is their work. Find your rightful place in the whole vast plan, and if you are not in the front line do not let it disturb you. Remember, all sorts of people are needed to make up the whole. Simply accept your specific work and do what you know you have to do wholeheartedly, and allow those souls who have been placed in the position of leadership and responsibility to go ahead. Give them your full backing and complete loyalty; they need it and appreciate it. Lift up your heart in deep love praise and gratitude for them, and always give of your very best.

A Quote by Marianne on gratitude, blessings, hope, suffering, blsme, rainbow, worry, taking fior granted, and gifts

There are times I forget to be grateful
easier to see things that are wrong
as I dishonor the the gifts I've been given
with worry, angst and woe.

There are times I need reminding
of the things I take for granted each day;
my children, my home or a stranger,
sent to brighten my way.

Take some time to say thank you
for the blessings that color your day;
Those colors will form a rainbow,
and chase the darkness away.

A Quote by Sumner M. Davenport on gratitude, self acceptance, and value

Living your life through Gratitude, is not one of comparing how you are better than someone else; or Gratitude only for what you own or obtain or achieve.

Living your life through Gratitude is seeing that the world would be missing something very unique and valuable if you were not in it.

Of the blessings you discover in your life, none are any greater than the other. Each has equal value in and of itself to be appreciated for what it is.

A Quote by jonathan lockwood huie on life, supposed, fair, expectations, game, rules, and gratitude

Life is NOT "Supposed to be Fair."  Know that there is no single way that life is "supposed" to be.  Demanding that life meet our expectations is a sure fire recipe for a miserable existence.  Life is a game with no rules.  Life just happens to us regardless of our best intentions.  Our only path to happiness lies in being open to receiving whatever life throws at us - with Gratitude.  Have NO Expectations of life.
