A Quote by Ruth Bernhard on gifts, harmony, energy, nature, and plants

The ground we walk on, the plants and creatures, the clouds above constantly dissolving into new formations - each gift of nature possessing its own radiant energy, bound together by cosmic harmony.

A Quote by Russel M. Nelson on addiction, children, choice, consequences, drugs, freedom, gifts, god, habits, life, power, spirit, and world

Agency, or the power to choose, was ours as spirit children of our Creator before the world was. It is a gift from God, nearly as precious as life itself. Often, however, agency is misunderstood. While we are free to choose, once we have made those choices, we are tied to the consequence of those choices. We are free to take drugs or not. But once we choose to use a habit-forming drug, we are bound to the consequences of that choice. Addiction surrenders later freedom to choose.

A Quote by Rose Marie Reid on creation, experience, gifts, giving, glory, humility, individuality, jesus, life, satisfaction, success, talent, time, understanding, and world

Success is recognizing where our talents, gifts and attributes come from-then always giving the Lord the credit. In this way it is possible to stay humble and successful at the same time. Success and glory (as the world understands it) is very addicting, but for someone whose satisfaction comes from doing the Lord's will, the true understanding of success is comprehended. As John Taylor so beautifully stated (July 7, 1878), "We are here as Jesus was here, not do do our own will, but the will of Him who sent us." The most successful experience in life is to find out His "will" for our individual lives and do it, Thus fulfilling the measure of our personal creation.

A Quote by Robert Scheid on caring, creation, day, fulfillment, gifts, kiss, laws, love, opposites, relationships, songs, soul, and unity

Being with the right person is caring for another physically, mentally and spiritually. It is caring for another's soul. As the relationship grows deeper over the years each kiss is still as new and exciting as the first, each embrace is a song of ever-deepening love, and each night becomes a celebration of unity and fulfillment. Every day becomes richer and fuller. Being with the right person answers one of the deeper longings of the human soul. It represents the union of opposites, the fulfillment of the law of creation, and is a rare and precious gift from our Creator.

A Quote by Robert Louis Stevenson on business, cheerfulness, contentment, day, duty, gifts, kindness, laughter, play, prayer, and sleep

A Morning Prayer The day returns and brings us the petty round of irritating concerns and duties. Help us to play the man; help us to perform them with laughter and kind faces, let cheerfulness abound with industry. Give us to go blithely on our business all this day. Bring us to our resting beds weary and content and undishonored and grant us in the end the gift of sleep.

A Quote by Robert Collier on gifts, knowledge, optimism, and problems

You can do anything you think you can. This knowledge is literally the gift of the gods, for through it you can solve every human problem. It should make of you an incurable optimist. It is the open door.

And inasmuch as feeling, the East's gift, Is quick and transient,- comes, and lo! is gone, While Northern thought is slow and durable.
