It is a good viewpoint to see the world as a dream.
When you have a nightmare, you will wake up and tell yourself that it was only a dream.
It is said that the world we live in is not a bit different from this.

Anything the human mind can believe, the human mind can achieve

You gotta dance like nobody's watching,
dream like you will live forever,
live like you're going to die tomorrow,
and love like it's never going to hurt.

Have you ever had a dream, Neo, that you were so sure was real? What if you were unable to wake from that dream? How would you know the difference between the dream world and the real world?

“A dream is the bearer of a new possibility, the enlarged horizon, the great hope.”

Dare to conceive of greater things for yourself. Dare to see yourself as strong, confident, successful, and possessed of the patience and stability to keep on moving in the direction of your dreams.

"Dream lofty dreams, and as you dream you shall become.
Your vision is the promise of what you shall one day be.
Your idea is the prophecy of what you shall at last unveil."

Everyone, when they are young, knows what their destiny is.
At that point in their lives, everything is clear and everything is possible. They are not afraid to dream, and to yearn for everything they would like to see happen to them in their lives.

All Nature seems at work.
Slugs leave their lair -
The bees are stirring - birds are on the wing -
And Winter slumbering in the open air,
Wears on his smiling face a dream of Spring!
And I the while, the sole unbusy thing,
Nor honey make nor pair, nor build, nor sing.

Happiness in this world, when it comes, comes incidentally. Make it the object of pursuit, and it leads us on a wild-goose chase, and is never attained.  Follow some other object, and very possibly we may find that we have caught happiness without dreaming of it.

For hope is but the dream of those that wake.
