change

Everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself. 

It seems to me that any full grown, mature adult would have a desire to be responsible, to help where he can in a world that needs so very much, that threatens us so very much. 

Act as if what you do makes a difference.  It does. 

If the hole we've dug ourselves into is consumerism, it doesn't particularly help that your shovel is a fashionable shade of green.

Still we live meanly like ants, though the fable tells us we were long ago changed into men.

You never change things by fighting the existing reality.

To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.

Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we've been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.

Money is not the only answer, but it makes a difference.

What matters most is how you see yourself.

Come come my conservative friend, wipe the dew from your spectacles. Can't you see the world is moving?
