Hangover - Use Kudzu Root Tea or Kudzu Cream with Salt Plum & Shoyu. Drink 1/2 to 1 cup in place of the next meal, and repeat every 4 to 5 hours, if necessary. A werving of kudzu noodles also works well. For extreme overconsumption of alcohol leading to alcoholic poisoning, the Chinese recommend the preparation of a decoction made from 4 grams kudzu; a dosage of 1/2 cup is to be taken only once.
