A Quote by Walter Russell on god, divinity, reunion, unity, balance, spirituality, harmony, nature, imbalance, unbalance, think, thought, consciousness, mind, and conscious

I am a patient God. All men will come to Me in due time, but the agony of awaiting that day shall be theirs alone. And that day shall not come until man himself shall cleanse himself from his own unbalanced thinking.

A Quote by Walter Russell on space, vacuum, void, ether, travel, matter, action, positive, electricity, negative, sun, black, cold, solid, god, creator, interchange, and continuous

The greatest error of science is in relation to space. Science thinks of space either as a void or as an ether through which solids of matter travel. The fact is that space travels with its solids, for each solid is surrounded by a minus zero equal-and-opposite vacuity of the plus zero which we call matter. Matter floats in these insulating spatial counterparts. Positive electricity is accountable for the solids and negative electricity is accountable for the space. All matter comes out of space by the action of positive electricity and is returned to space by the action of negative electricity. White-hot suns come from the blackness of cold space and cold space radiates from hot suns. The matter of space consists of holes surrounded by corpuscular solids, while the matter of solids consists of small
dense cores surrounded by vast tenuous holes of space. The very purpose of the hot suns is to act as crucibles for melting the raw materials which the Creator needs for expressing the idea of the universe. Contrarily, the very purpose of space is to cool the melted matter set out in order that it may become conditioned for the complex expressions of Creation. The two-way interchange between spatial holes and material solids is continuous."

A Quote by Walter Russell on mankind, god, law, love, truth, balance, beauty, beautiful, power, giving, give, cycle, nature, universe, universal, creation, warfare, and war

Man has free right to choose his own actions, but he must balance those actions with equal and opposite reactions until he learns that God’s one law must be obeyed. This God holds inviolate.
The whole purpose of life is to learn how to manifest God in Truth and the Law. The lesson is a hard one but man, himself, makes it hard by his unknowing of the law. As man gradually knows his purpose and the law by knowing God in him, life becomes more and more beautiful, and man more powerful in his manifestation of power.
Man’s power lies in giving. He must learn to give as Nature gives. Each half of a cycle eternally gives to the other half for re-giving. Nature forever unfolds into many for the purpose of refolding into one. Each individual must manifest this universal law.
The desire of some so-called “apron string” parents to run their children’s lives for them, often claiming that they have sacrificed their very own lives for them, are taking from their children – not giving. They are taking away the initiative children need to complete their own cycles: they must live their own lives for themselves.
Man must know the principle of Creation: giving between each interchanging opposite half of each cycle for the purpose of repeating its giving. This is universal law and each individual must manifest this law.
Man will forever war with man until he learns to give his all with the full expectation of equal receiving, and never taking that which is not given as an earned reward for his giving.

A Quote by Walter Russell on god, inspiration, illumination, ecstasy, lightning, consciousness, mind, light, balance, imbalance, undivided, unchanging, one, unity, secret, cause, effect, kaleidoscope, universe, mirror, dual, equilibrium, octave, wave, an

I will put it very simply. In May of 1921 God took me up into a high mountain of inspiration and intense ecstasy. A brilliant flash like lightning severed my bodily sensation from my consciousness and I found myself freed from my body and wholly in the Mind universe of Light, which is God.
And then God said to me, “Behold thou the unity of things in Light of Me, and the seeming separateness of all things in the two lights of my divided thinking. See thou that I, the Undivided, Unchanging One, am within all divided things, centering them, and I am without all changing things, controlling them.”
And the secrets of the universe were unfolded to me in their great simplicity as the doors to the Light opened fully to my consciousness. In less time than it takes to put it into words, I knew all there was to know of the CAUSE of all effect, for there was very little to know. In that hour it was as though the infinity of complexity within the moving kaleidoscope were suddenly taken apart and it was shown to me that the entirety of its illusion was but three mirrors and a few bits of broken glass. Likewise the universal kaleidoscope was but moving mirror waves of dual light extending from their equilibrium in God from Whom all creating things spring in octave electric waves just as ocean’s waves spring from the calm sea.

A Quote by Walter Russell on electricity, tension, mind, think, know, interaction, desire, and matter

Electricity is the strain or tension set up by the two opposing desires
of universal Mind thinking: the desire for balanced action and the
desire for rest.

This electric universe is a complexity of strains caused by the
interaction of these two opposing, interchanging electric desires.

All matter is electric. All matter is conditioned into greater or
lesser strains according to the intensity of desire which is the cause
of all electric strain to which it is subjected.

The farther removed from rest, the greater the strain or tension. That
which we call high electric potential is merely great strain to
maintain a condition which is far from the condition of rest.

The familiar return ball with which a child plays is a good example of
electric strain. When the ball is thrown from the hand, the elastic
gradually tightens to increase the tension of resistance to strain
generated in the elastic. The strain continues to intensify until the
ball comes to rest. When the ball returns, the strain gradually lessens
until the ball again comes to rest in the child’s hand. When that
happens, the strain and tension have been voided. Tension has not
BECOME rest; it has ceased to be.

This whole electric universe is a complex maze of similar tensions.
Every particle of matter in the universe is separated from its
condition of oneness, just as the return ball is separated from the
hand, and each is connected with the other one by an electric thread of
light which measures the tension of that separateness.

A Quote by Walter Russell on credit, debit, money, balance, electricity, bank, and banking

Our zero universe of equilibrium demands two opposed conditions in order to simulate that which our senses interpret for motion and change. These to needed conditions are plus and minus equilibrium; positive and negative electricity.
Plus zero means a credit of pressure borrowed from the universal equilibrium to compress a large volume into a small volume. Minus zero means an equal expansion to balance the borrowed compression.
A thousand dollars borrowed from a bank is a plus condition of credit which is balanced by an equal debit of one thousand dollars. The central zero represents the bank. The extended zeros represent credit and debit. Both are equal but opposite. A credit of one thousand dollars equals zero [for the bank]. When the credit is paid in part or in full the debit is proportionately voided simultaneously with the credit. [Terms of interest disturb this system inevitably.]
These two opposite conditions of credit and debit correspond with the two opposite conditions of compression and expansion in Nature upon which motion is dependent. When an equilibrium pressure is divided into opposite conditions from the zero from which both are extended, motion between the two becomes imperative. They must interchange with each other to void their unbalanced conditions. This is the principle of the electric current.

A Quote by Walter Russell on wealth, business, money, balance, universe, nationality, universal, law, goodwill, love, world, personal, relationship, disaster, and might

In the business world, unwise men take more that they give. They do not realize that they are breaking the Universal Law which will eventually break them to an equal extent. It may not be balanced in the form of dollars and cents but in the loss of good-will upon which their future business depends.
Man’s ignorance of the Law of Love in personal and world relationships will not serve as an excuse to save him from disaster. Wealth cannot be acquired from others by might, for wealth thus taken will impoverish him who takes anything which is not given. Nor can power be thus acquired, for the weakness of the despoiled will prevail against the might of the despoiler.
Everywhere in the world this law is seen working out its inexorable certainty. Empires built by might are dissolving. Rich world treasuries are disgorging their gold and piling up debt. The blood of every man killed by the sword has been paid for by ten – perchance ten times ten – of those who killed. Nations which have fattened on the food taken from others are starving amid the ruins of palaces in which they feasted.
A new world – one world – cannot grow out of a universe built on the foundations of hate and fear by unbalanced taking.
A new world must have new foundations. An eternal foundation is not built as one whole – it is built lovingly stone by stone. Thus must man rebuild his world.

A Quote by Walter Russell on radioactivity, hydrogen, knowledge, oxygen, elements, understanding, and cosmic

[Walter Russell] pioneered in foreseeing two of the greatest discoveries of modern times – the isotopes of hydrogen, which led to the discovery of heavy water, and the two new elements used in the atomic bomb. He announced the complexity of hydrogen to a body of distinguished scientists years before the truth of his statement was verified. But it is the atomic bomb that will prove to be the earth-shaking, epoch-making discovery of the future. The two newly discovered elements which formed the basis of the atomic bomb, called Neptunium and Plutonium, were published in his charts of the elements in 1926. He named them Uridium and Urium. He also predicted that if ever discovered the pressures of this planet would not be sufficient to hold them together.
“It is almost humorous to speak ‘guarding the secret, locking it up in American and British archives’”, was his comment. “Knowledge cannot be locked up. It is cosmic and wide open to every thinker, and limited only to his knowledge. And there is enough new knowledge right in this country today to make this present value of atomic secrecy worthless in a very few years.”

A Quote by Walter Russell on nature, creator, balance, god, mind, knowledge, know, spiritual, civilization, cosmic, supreme, reflection, life, death, matter, space, and relationship

It has often been declared that the human mind could never comprehend God. That statement has been based upon the assumption that the reason we could never comprehend God is that our senses could not detect God.
It is true that we cannot see God but we can KNOW Him. And therein is the essence of New Age thinking. The next hundred years will see as great a spiritual advance in the culture of our civilization as it has seen physically during the past hundred years. That which we cannot see, we can KNOW. We can see the bodies of men but we cannot see man, for the supreme Being within man is invisible. He cannot be seen. He can only be known. For the same reason we cannot see God but we can know Him, and we can know the nature of God by knowing His laws and creative processes.
When we know the nature of God sufficiently to reflect His nature in us, we become God to the extent of our ability to reflect His nature in us. By knowing the secret of Light, we will know the mystery of life and death – of reincarnation, of matter and space, and the relationship of suns to planets.
The more we know the Light, the more we shall realize our purpose in manifesting that Light gloriously. Every moment of life in the Light is a moment glorification in the awareness of our omnipotence in manifesting the Light.
Someone once asked Toscanini’s son: “What was the highest point in your father’s life?” The answer was: “Every point in it is his highest point. He lives gloriously and fully every moment of his life, whether conducting an orchestra or peeling an orange.”
That is what we must do when we fully know the purposefulness of life – live it gloriously by living it ecstatically. We can live it ecstatically only as we know the ecstatic nature of God and become like Him through being continually inspired by communion with Him. To become like Him, we must become aware of our identity with Him. We must know Him as Creator of all that is, and in so doing know ourselves as creator of all that is.
