A Quote by Sri Chinmoy on journey and silence

At the end of all the roads
There is only a sound-life
That does everything,
And a silence-life
That becomes everything.

A Quote by Sri Chinmoy on acceptance, transformation, and instrument

True spirituality is the acceptance of earth-life. A true seeker is he who accepts life, transforms life and perfects life so that the earth-life can become a conscious instrument of God.

A Quote by Sri Chinmoy on divinity, god, man, heart, and immortality

Either by silencing the mind or by opening the heart, today's man can become tomorrow's God, tomorrow's Divinity. And embodied Divinity soon becomes revealed Immortality.

A Quote by Sri Chinmoy

If we believe in our own
Self-transcendence-task
Then there can be
No unreachable goal.

A Quote by Sri Chinmoy on problems, encouragement, and determination

Our goal is not to have
A problem-free life.
But to conquer all the problems
As they appear
Along our life-road.

A Quote by Sri Chinmoy

An aspiring life
Never forgets
God's Compassion-Light
And never regrets
Its past failures.

A Quote by Sri Chinmoy on death, defeat, inspiration, knowledge, ignorance, and look

I took a closer look.
There is no such thing as ignorance.
Ignorance is nothing
But my limited knowledge.
I took a closer look.
There is no such thing as defeat.
Defeat is nothing
But the inspirer
Of my increasing will.
I took a closer look.
There is no such thing as death.
Death is nothing
But my strengthening
And
Dreaming rest.

A Quote by Sri Chinmoy on start, encouragement, inspiration, and goal

You do not have to be
The fastest starter.
Just be a starter!
You will, without fail,
Reach your destination-sun.

A Quote by Sri Chinmoy on mind, god, and speculation

God can be seen
Even by the poorest fool,
But not by the self-styled,
God-arguing
Intellectual giants.

A Quote by Sri Chinmoy on belief and disbelief

Why is it easier to disbelieve than to believe? It is easier to disbelieve than to believe because disbelief is an act of descent, whereas belief is an act of ascent. Descending is easier than ascending.

It is easier to disbelieve than to believe because disbelief is an act of breaking, and belief is an act of building. Building is more difficult than breaking.

It is easier to disbelieve than to believe because disbelief is an act of our self-centred mind, whereas belief is an act of our self-giving heart.
