It is often prudent to release your creativity only when the organization is in a position to be receptive to your ideas.
When others come to you with an unprompted idea or suggestion, stop what you are doing and listen with your eyes, ears, and heart.
Enthusiasm about a new business idea is not the same as pursuing it.
The right kind of focus is a lot like a laser – a concentrated beam of light. Shine this light only on areas of your business life that make sense.
What you want to have is the right kind of vision that allows you to swing at the pitch only when it really counts.
Make sure your file backup is in a different location than the original.
You will be surprised at how receptive people can become when you are willing to share with them your expertise, enthusiasm and energy.
Not every idea need come affixed with a price tag.
Generosity needs to come back to the workplace in a big way.
