A Quote by Ian Gillan

I believe that it's obvious that the human race isn't going sustain itself in its existing form for too much longer. I believe that the only way we're going to survive is to mutate, and by that, I don't mean necessarily from a caterpillar to a butterfly. But, if you use that analogy, maybe from what we are now to a metaphysical state by using that latent spirituality which we all know we have, but which has hijacked, or corrupted, or kidnapped by the great religions, for one reason or another, and not particularly nice reasons. So, I think we will eventually group up into like-minded metaphysical spirits of interest. We all know we have this spirituality; it's just more developed -- or repressed -- in some than in others. I have no problem talking about it, and it's one of those things that gets sidelined for the sake of accepted religions. So, from Jesus' day right on down to the Spanish Inquisition, it's always been a problem. If you even dare to criticize a religion, you're in trouble.... It's all crazy, but I think this will all hover around un|il this thing we call a body becomes obsolete.... Sooner or later this universe will become nano spec.
