I walk by faith, not by sight.

Don't let anybody look down on you because you are young, set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith, and in purity.

O Lord, You have probed me and You know me;

My journeys and my rest you scrutinize,
With all my ways You are familiar.

You knit me in my mother’s womb.
I give You thanks that I am fearfully,
Wonderfully made;
Wonderful are Your works.

What good is it for one to gain the whole world, yet forfeit one's soul?

Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

Charm is deceptive and beauty is vain, but a woman that fears the lord shall be greatly praised.

Show me your faith without works and I'll show you my faith by my works.

I can do all things through Christ who strenghtens me.

For God hath not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of sound mind.

I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.
