For some reason, I’ve always liked Lisa Marie Presley. I don’t know if it’s because she reminds me so much of her iconic father — or if it’s her take-no-bull attitude. I think it’s the latter. So since the 40-year-old singer gave birth to twin girls last year — their names are Harper Vivienne Ann and Finley Aaron Love — I’ve been dying to see which magazine the first photos of they’d would land in.

In their new issue, Lisa Marie, who’s married to hubby number four Michael Lockwood, talks about gaining and shedding her baby weight as naturally as possible with a diet free of pesticides and hormones.
“I was unable to see my toes by the fourth month,” said the itsy bitsy star. “But I only gained 30 lbs. total. I worked out up until the seventh month. Nothing intense, just walking. I’m like everyone else, I want to lose the weight, so I walk a lot and I’m an organic eater.”
The 40-year-old is known for her organic lifestyle. In fact, when singer Pink threw a baby shower for Lisa Marie in August, the gift bags included lots of nontoxic, eco-friendly skincare products for the mom-to-be and the twins.
According to experts, pregnant women and children may benefit most from eating organic because they’re the most vulnerable to the effects of synthetic growth hormones, which can alter hormone production and cause reproductive and developmental problems.
So going organic gives the new mom a little less to worry about. And with four kids now (she also has a 19-year-old daughter and 16-year-old son from her first marriage), that’s a good thing.
