Empower Yourself With Exercise!

Woman Working With Weights In Gym [1]I don’t know about you, but it seems the older I get, the harder it is to rebound from holiday excess [2] back to my summer weight [3]. But lucky for me, I have a proven way to get my weight and my body back to where I am most comfortable and looking my best.

My thought has always been that when you have no control of anything else in the world, you can get control of yourself. It will make you feel more powerful, healthier [4], clearer and creative [5]. How you look is directly related to how you feel, and how others relate to you. Better posture [6], a little toning and firming [7], a longer neck, and a flatter tummy [8] are all directly related to your self-esteem [9].

If you take that half hour or 40 minutes a day to exercise [10], you can change your life in the midst of madness. This quality time you have given to yourself [11] is very empowering. If you do something you never thought you could do and you’re successful, why not transfer this process to other areas of your life? This is how we grow, and create lives that are the best they can be [12].

We shouldn’t feel pressure to attain impossible ideals. What we all need is the belief that we can be the best we can be, and that’s enough.
