  1. I’m not really a yoga person, but I have been wanting to get into exercising more. I ride my bike everywhere and that’s the only exercise I get, but I don’t think it’s enough. Anyway the article about using intentions for each workout interests me. What is the theory behind that? Just that giving your workout a purpose will motivate you?
