Like many people, I made a resolution to lose weight, and I’ve been keeping up my end of the bargain I made with myself to work out for at least 30 minutes, five days a week. Now I’m ready for something new: a new challenge, a different routine, a never-tried-that-before workout.
To keep things playful and motivating, I decided to create a “play” list. The idea was inspired by a cool feature I discovered on Gaiam TV: the “Add to Playlist” button. This feature makes it so easy to plan your weekly workouts!
How to create a playlist:
- Click on a video;
- Click the “Add to Playlist” button near the image OR
- Click “Add” if it’s a video with multiple workout options.
Access your list by using the drop-down menu by your login name in the top-right corner of the page. You can change the order of your playlist using the drag-and-drop icon to the left of each title — just be sure to click the “save order” button at the bottom of your list. Try it!
Here’s a playlist I created for a week of cardio and stretching — including stretching myself out of my comfort zone!
