How to Use Your To-Do’s to Fit in Some Exercise

[1]I get this question a lot: “How can I fit exercise into my super-busy life?”
We all have different life experiences, yet we all share this one need: to move! The body needs it, the mind, our hearts, our organs, our moods … all of it depends on the general wellness of the body. But some of you are home with three kids and a dog and chores all day long, or at work behind a desk, with no chance to go to a gym during the week.
Dare I say it? You DON’T need the gym to be generally healthy. Honestly, all of the scenarios above offer you easy ways fit in some exercise. I call these REAL LIFE WORKOUTS!
Here are some examples of what I mean:
Try to do three 10-minute real life workouts per day, and you’re already up in the range of minutes your heart rate needs to be up every day to stay healthy. Just like that. I challenge you to find your real-life workouts!
Don’t let anything stand in your way of your path to a healthier lifestyle. Be creative and challenge yourself with finding the moments that give life to you!

Tanja
P.S. Do you already do your own versions of real life workouts? Please share them with me!
