I have been doing yoga as part of my cross training regimen (T'ai Chi, kung fu, qigong, walking, stair climbing, and Nordic Track ski machine) over a year ago and feel better than I have in many years. Two days a week of yin yoga and four days of more yang style yoga have me stronger and more flexible than most guys my age (52) that I know.

It is true. As a result of my yoga practice mostly using Rodney Yee videos, I am exceptionally flexible despite my 60 years. It balances with weights and swimming to keep me fit.
