I am ashamed to admit that buying bottles of water once or twice a week had become a habit of mine. After all, I get thirsty when I’m out and about, and the SIGG bottle that an eco-conscious friend gave me a few years ago was starting to get funky.

We are thrilled to announce that Gaiam has been nominated for Green Business of the Year by Co-Op America. We’re among just 10 green businesses vying for the 2008 People’s Choice Award in a contest that is “a celebration of the leaders of the green economy, and a challenge to corporate America to follow their path.”

Good things come in green packages — and now that includes DVDs.
