Hi Rodney,
I have just recently recieved a copy of your (1997?) Back Care for Beginners VHS tape from my yoga teacher. It's the one that uses the chair. Both my husband and I (he is 66 and never done yoga before) love this video and are inspired to do it and the Beginners Abs alternating daily. However when I bought the DVD version (2 different ones), neither were the same as the VHS version with the chair. The VHS version is invaluable to older people mainly because of the chair options. I also don't consider the DVD version by any means beginner and I have practiced yoga on and off for 30 years.

Basically my question is whether you ever made this exact tape into a DVD. If not I would really hope you would consider doing it (or putting the old Backcare and Abs one together on a DVD. This and the abs video (which is in DVD) are truly your only real beginners videos (waiting to see AM and PM yoga content). The DVD Back care for beginners is too difficult for older beginners. You may want to consider a series for (beginners) 50 and over. There are a lot of us babyboomers who would be interested. The 20 minute sessions are perfect.

Would love to get your reaction to these questions and suggestions. I still remain a fan. Kathy
