For most of his life, Prince Albert II has been dubbed a playboy. Now, it looks like he’ll be known as an eco-crusader.

The 50-year-old ruler of Monaco, whose parents were Prince Rainier III and the ever elegant Grace Kelly, kicked off a month-long expedition on Monday to view the impact that global warming has had on the Earth’s southern tip.
Diddy is the pitchman for Ciroc premium vodka.
I’ve lived in New York my entire life yet I’ve never been in Times Square when the ball dropped. I’ve walked by the tourist zone shortly after the clock stuck 12 — wading through piles of confetti and trash — and partied a few blocks away, but I’ve always avoided the eye of the storm on the big night.
The XO laptop OLPC is giving out isn't just green in color -- it's eco-friendly!
…or so it seems.
The late music legend John Lennon is being posthumously featured in a new 30-second ad promoting the charitable foundation One Laptop per Child (OLPC).

Did you open your gifts yet?
My two-day gift opening extravaganza is officially over and I tried to make it as eco-friendly as possible this year, reusing bags and boxes I’ve been collecting. I noticed that homemade gifts were in this year — from gifts to charity given in a loved one’s name to homemade concoctions (like a recycled shoebox my boyfriend adorned to house some pampering gifts and cookies my aunt baked as gifts).
Scarlett Johansson on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno
This is a first!

Jackson. She then jokingly said that she felt her illness had value because it had been passed from one celebrity to another.

Just a few years back, Nicole Richie was literally hell on wheels. (The whole driving down the wrong way on the highway while intoxicated thing springs to mind.) Now, she and her rocker beau Joel Madden have settled down — establishing a charity called Richie-Madden Children’s Foundation and raising a baby girl named Harlow. But I have to say, I was really shocked to see the happy couple exiting a store today with Seventh Generation Chlorine-Free Diapers. She’s come a lot further than I expected, joining the ranks of green guru Julia Roberts, by using these diapers, which are free of dangerous toxins and help reduce the amount of dioxin polluting air, land and sea.
Though not a personal dream of mine, some of you out there wouldn’t mind seeing Victoria Beckham naked. Whelp, it’s your lucky day.
Sir Richard Branson has always been ahead of his time: he published a magazine called Student at the tender age of 15, and opened a chain of record stores, Virgin Records, by 21. Now 57, he’s a driving force in the green movement — or make that a flying force.
