You’ve been doing your part to go green — turning down your thermostat, sorting that recycling, driving less, composting. Now it’s your turn to take a break and watch what other people are doing to go green.

“The President and I went on this long trip,” said Michelle Obama in People. “We were in many, many countries. And the number one question I got as the First Lady from world leaders — they were all excited about this garden.”

She was referring, of course, to the new organic White House Kitchen Garden.

Alec Baldwin is going green, but — make no mistake — he doesn’t find it glamorous.

“I drive a Prius out in L.A.,” the The 30 Rock star said recently. “It’s interesting because, while I’m glad to be part of that solution, it’s not the kind of car I would normally drive. I’d go for a Mercedes S500. Now that’s a car.”
