		<description>These poses are right on for shapely arms.  I began incorporating more plank and down dog splits in my yoga workout to build my upper body strength over a year ago.  After a few months, I could see a noticeable difference in my arms and back, and I feel stronger overall.  They&#039;re now a part of my yoga repetoir 4-5 days a week.</description>
