I'm not sure if there is a question and answer section on this site, this is the closest place I have found can post a comment and hope for some help.

I exercise a good deal, low body fat ratio, meditate regularly amongst other good activities as well as give back to others. My weakness is my diet but would appreciate some suggestions.

My main problem is healthy food causes an adverse reaction. I don't get sick, maybe once a year. I try adding more fruit to my diet, apples, and within a day I start to get sick like I caught a cold or a flu. I thought it a fluke but tried again a week later and same thing happened.

I am mainly a meat eater because my body rejects vegetables, maybe its my O blood type. The meal can look and smell good but I try to eat vegetables, other then just the starchy ones, and I literally have gagged on them. I had hoped acupuncture would help my taste buds get to a more balanced place but so far no luck.

I'm the type of person that can literally eat the same meal about 5 times a week, yes I know I'm boring, does anybody have any tips on a simple diet switch or suggestions on how to change taste buds? Is my body getting sick when I try eating healthy foods a normal reaction that is temporary? Any help is appreciated.
