Kirsten Palmer has worked in the field of group and personal fitness since 1996. As an instructor for The FIRM, she trained, evaluated and provided continuing education for a staff of about 40 people. Her expertise in programming, choreography and coaching was used in the creation of more than 50 fitness videos for The FIRM. Also a certified yoga teacher, Kirsten was the leader of the video "FIRM Power Yoga."
