4 Moves for a Tight, Toned Tummy

I’ve been asked many times about the perfect exercise routine to achieve “washboard abs.” A good mix of exercises targeting all the muscles of the core — the abdominals [1] and spinal erectors — will create a beautiful, toned shape to the midsection.

This very simple but effective abs routine using just the BalanceBall [2]l [3] and light dumbbells [4] will not only challenge your entire core [5], but also improve your balance and posture. Add this 15-minute routine onto a good cardio workout or complete it by itself two to three times a week and, with a clean diet, you’ll start to see your abs tighten [6] and tone in no time!
